We took our youngest son out for a treat this evening, and ordered a tender red meat dinner with an A combo side set. The meat was cooked to perfection right in front of us by chef Kurumi Nishio. She did a great job in cooking to our specifications and gave us good recommendations for seasoning the meat after serving it. A great dinner experience.
