Wonderful fresh beef and vegetables cooked simply and to perfection, perfect carmelization and a variety of seasoning to to chose from to augment every bite as you prefer to sample it. Cannot speak enough to how different and pure kobe beef is compared to other breeds. Our chefs Tokuda and Rona were kind, welcoming, and skilled.
