Today we had a dinner at this restaurant. Our chef, Shuku, prep the meat and cooked for us. Meat quality was superb. We had Wagyu A5 and we requested meat to be cooked differently, Med-Rare for me and Well-done for my wife. and the staff were very nice. Service was very good.
