An incredible first meal in Osaka and one of the best dinners of our entire trip. The beef melts in your mouth, and the experience from start to finish is so lovely and intentional. Taro was our chef and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and engaging — truly made a memorable experience! Hiro was also great!
