Had an incredible Kobe wagyu experience tonight. The beef was cooked perfectly — beautifully seared and completely melt-in-your-mouth tender.
What made it even better was the guided tasting. They showed us how to pair each bite with fresh wasabi, garlic, and miso, and each combination brought out a different layer of flavor without overpowering the meat. You could truly taste the quality.
