I learned something new today, you’re supposed to eat Kobe beef with SOY SAUCE????? All the beef was cooked in the back and not on the grill in front of us…? They didn’t show us the “Kobe” beef we ordered before they cooked it. The beef came lukewarm and def not hot off the grill. Some of the beef couldn’t even bite through, so I’m not sure what I was eating. It tasted more like beef that had been frozen for a long time and then taken out to cook.
