Our hotel recommended and booked us in. Our chef Suzuki, also the owner, recommended the Kobe steak my son and I ordered. They prepared it in front of us and it was buttery goodness. It was our first time having proper Kobe beef and it was spectacular.
The staff are very friendly. They all speak an English, with a couple of them speaking extremely good English. Prices seemed similar to other high end Kobe beef spots. There is still some sticker shock for 180g of Kobe beef, but it's consistent across most places we checked out.
Food prep was done in front of us and it was fun to watch.
All in all, a great meal.
