An unforgettable solo dining experience! I had the King of Wagyu Kobe Beef Teppan-yaki Full Course with sirloin — all 9 dishes were outstanding. Chef Ai and Chef Suzuki made the experience truly special. They cooked my steak right in front of me at the counter and took the time to explain every step — from how the beef is sourced to the best way to enjoy each bite. Their warmth and friendliness made me feel completely welcome as a solo diner. The sirloin was perfectly marbled and melted in my mouth. Every course leading up to and following the steak was thoughtfully prepared. This wasn't just a meal — it was a full culinary journey. If you're in Dotonbori and want an authentic, premium Kobe beef experience, this is the place. Don't hesitate to come alone — the counter seating and the chefs' hospitality make it perfect for solo guests. Worth every yen.
