We enjoyed premium A5-rank Kobe beef at Kissho-kichi in Shinsaibashi.The meal is prepared teppanyaki-style, allowing you to watch the entire cooking process directly at the counter. The beef itself was incredibly tender and flavorful, with a beautiful melt-in-your-mouth texture.Our chef, Chef Aikou愛甲, was highly skilled and provided excellent hospitality throughout the evening, making the meal feel truly special. Receiving a personalized certificate of authenticity signed by the chef at the end was a wonderful touch.
