It's the best steak we've ever had. We had the steak medium rare as recommended by Chef Suzuki. It was incredibly flavourful and juicy. The salad we had with the steak had a very unique and refreshing dressing. Chef Yamamoto was very attentive, explaining the different dipping sauces that came with it. We enjoyed our dinner immensely.
