Wagyu in Japan after hearing so much about it, and this experience exceeded every expectation.
From the very first bite, I understood what all the hype was about and the beef was cooked to absolute perfection. Rich, buttery, and so incredibly tender that it quite literally melted in my mouth. Every bite was bursting with flavour and felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Chef Aikou made the evening even more memorable with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home throughout the entire meal.
Worth every single yen spent. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Japan, and I'll definitely be back.
