I finally get to experience 10 stars Japanese hospitality experience with this restaurant. The menu is extensive. Honestly I was intimidated by the types of Kobe beef offerings! We were spoilt for choices. The staff at the kitchen were very patient with us. We managed to decide on the 300g slab, medium rare.
Really professional and thoughtful presentation. The meat melted in our mouths and tasted so sweet. Thank you Chef Azuki for sharing how she ensure the beef are not overdone.
Oh yes don’t forget to try the garlic fried rice. Chef Aikou sautéed the fresh garlic somehow helped to reduce the garlic breath!
