We had amazing Kobe beef here. Our chef Kyrumi has been very professional and welcoming at the same time. However, you would expect that such a prestigious and expensive product was served in an impeccable and elegant way ... and it wasn't quite the case.

Very disappointed. The most disappointing meal when considering pricing through my whole trip for several weeks. Looked great but tasted bland and feel as if I got stuck in a tourist trap. Nice service though. Paid several times less than 1/3 and even 1/5 for a much better experience. 😪
