Due to my food allergies, finding the right restaurant was a bit challenging, but I was delighted by the exquisite taste of Kobe beef. The marbling of the sirloin was outstanding, and Chef Suzuki curated a perfect course for me.
With international experience and a background at Japan’s finest hotel, the Imperial Hotel, Chef Suzuki leads a team of talented staff who elevate the dining experience.
To my surprise, despite not mentioning it in advance, they prepared a special birthday celebration for me.
