Its my first time trying beef and it has to be at Kobe and at this award winning hunt out that we chance upon at Nankin Machi Kobe. The meal was yummy and certainly set the standard of wagyu beef for me. The server R. Yamada san 山田 spoke perfect english which made ordering a swift. She is such a beauty and also cooked the meat to perfection which was a bonus! Thank you!
