Tabuchi & Nanmei really made this meal feel so much more special, but the taste of the chateau briand went a very long way in doing that anyway! WOW! Yakiniku (barbecue style) .. not the sauce, but the style of cooking really helps to enhance the flavor of the beef and the excellent care the staff takes of its patrons puts the entire experience on another level. Price is extremely reasonable and the restaurant is immaculately clean. My GO TO Kobe beef restaurant when I’m fortunate enough to spend time here in this lovely city. Nanmei explained everything to me in English and Tabuchi cooked for me at my table & brought the steak up to the counter to have it sliced very nicely. Sugoi! OISHII‼️ HIGHLY recommend this gem of a restaurant!
