We walked around China Town in Kobe for a bit and stumbled onto this place. We did not have a reservation but they still accommodated us fairly quickly. Takao-San is very sweet and gave us some pointers and helped us out even with the little Japanese we knew. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly with delicious food as well. The plum wine with soda is also incredibly delicious.
