Today we were served by a young man called Tabuchi kun. He was very polite and ensured we understood the menu before ordering. We ordered the rare parts set and some beef noodle bowls. The beef was so tender and juicy, we had to take a moment between each slice to savour it. The warm Kobe beef noodles were very comforting in winter. The cold Kobe beef noodles were refreshing with chewy noodles and I drank all the soup.
