和牛重は肉質がきめ細かく柔らかで、サシの入り方も美しく、口の中でとろけながらもしつこさがありません。タレとご飯とのバランスも良く、和牛本来の甘みと香りをしっかり味わうことができました。
和牛焼肉も非常に素晴らしく、焼き加減が絶妙で、外側は香ばしく中はジューシーなまま保たれており、一口ごとに脂の旨味が広がります。品質も安定しており、とても印象に残る味でした。
