The gold standard of steak. I’ve had wagyu before, but the Kobe beef here is on an entirely different level. The marbling was exquisite, and it truly lived up to the 'melt-in-your-mouth' reputation, dissolving into a rich, buttery umami flavor that needs no sauce. Great service by Nakano san.
