My group of three went in just before noon without a reservation, but they were nicely able to accommodate us. We had Chef Saira cook for us, and she was wonderfully knowledgeable and skillful. She told us the best way to try each cut of meat we had, with which sauces or toppings like wasabi to add. I highly recommend it, it was extremely quality Kōbe Beef. I also recommend trying the roast beef à la carte as well.
