One of the most memorable dining experiences we had in Japan. From the moment we sat down, Chef Hara welcomed us with exceptional warmth and professionalism. Throughout the entire meal, he carefully introduced every part of the experience — from the menu and the different cuts of Kobe beef, to the sauces, side dishes, sushi, and even the rice preparation. His explanations were thoughtful, detailed, and genuinely passionate, which made us appreciate the meal on a much deeper level. The A5 Kobe beef was outstanding — beautifully marbled, perfectly cooked, and incredibly tender without feeling overwhelming. Every bite felt refined and balanced. What truly made the evening special, however, was Chef Hara himself. He was consistently polite, attentive, and engaging from beginning to end. He patiently answered our questions about Kobe beef, explained the characteristics of each cut, and even kindly helped us take photos together, making the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and the level of hospitality was remarkable. This was not simply dinner — it felt like a complete Kobe beef experience. Absolutely worth visiting when in Kobe.
