Really cozy restaurant with nice ambient music. The chef prepares the meat in front of you and interacts a bit with you. You get an explanation about the meat and about the courses. The chef that served me was Saira. She prepared the meat really good, not too raw, not overcooked. She gave advice on how to eat each slice (there are different sauces to use) for a better tasting experience. The meat is really tasty. She was very friendly and there was also some casual conversation. It is expensive, but i think this place is a must when visiting Kobe
