Kobe Beef Eikichi is the perfect place to experience authentic Kobe Wagyu for the first time, they cater to both locals as well as foreigners so I had no issue communicating with the staff. My meal was prepared by Suraksha who did a fantastic job cooking the meat to a tender, juicy and rich finish. The meat itself is unlike any beef you would have had, it liquefies in your mouth and releases a plethora of flavor. You are given a variety of options to accompany the steak with but my recommendation is just a little salt, it brings out the fatty flavor without masking or overpowering it and is the perfect compliment in providing the best experience. Do keep in mind it is more on the expensive end but I highly recommend it to all lovers of Beef and to anyone looking to try.
