The recommendation for the shop came from a barista from one of the local coffee shops. We got a larger quality of cheaper meat and then a smaller quantity of more expensive meat. There is a dramatic difference between the tenderness of the two meats. I would recommend spending a little more for the more tenderized meat. Having them side-by-side made the difference even more striking. We also got the set with the meal, and this was delicious. I wish there were free refills for this, especially given the portion sizes of the more expensive meats. The meal did not make me feel heavy, and this was one of the biggest things that I appreciate it. I feel like I had a luxurious meal that also was healthy for my body.
