Had their prime Kobe beef, primarily sirloin, chateaubriand and “today’s rare part”selection (medium rare). All 3 did not disappoint, and had their moments to shine. They managed to highlight each cut’s uniqueness and tasted super well! The sirloin maintained its juiciness and flavour despite us saving it for last, while the chateaubriand was super soft and rich in taste. The rare part was cooked to a near medium, but still easy to bite into and had a stronger taste than the other 2 cuts, which really made it more distinguishable. Really enjoyed our experience here, made even more unforgettable by their service. Shoutout to W. Rin from greeting us at the entrance with the menu, to patiently waiting for us to return and even taking our photos with our meal. Positive memories have been made, thanks to the food and the awesome service from the staff. Thank you.
