Wonderful experience! The 2 young Ladies presented the Kobe Beef to me and explained in details what my choices were, in a clear and engaging way. Their English was great. The menu I chose allowed me to choose the cut of meat, the tenderness, the weight of it and how done it was ( their menu with great pictures and descriptions make it so easy). The dining experience was superb, the beef was so tender and served with a variety of condiments, sauce more delicious than the next. The wine by the glass was also delicious, robust and well paired ( not just a cheap red). I will definitely recommend this place to our cruise guests for the excellent beef quality ( gold Kobe beef award), ease to order, and most of all friendly service! Bravo!!!
