家族で利用させて頂きました。コースは初めてシャトーブリアンのフルコースをランチでお願いしたところ、心よくお引き受け頂きました。ロースの寿司から始まり最後までどの一品もとても美味しく、その中で生まれて初めて口にするメインのシャトーブリアン。サーロインやロースとは別格の舌触り。肉はとてもきめ細やか表情を見せており、口に含み一噛みすると、勝手に肉か解けていき、上品な柔らかさと味覚が広がりました。よく言われる溶けるような感覚。実際は溶けるのではなく解けて行く感じがしました。生まれて初めての肉を家族皆で味わう事ができとても満足しました。喜山さんのお陰です。ありがとうございました。それなりのお値段なので頻繁に利用出来ませんが、機会ありましたら是非また一度利用させて頂きたいです。
