Despite linguistic limitations between us, our hostess, Ms Kosaka was more than ready to ensure we understood clearly what we were ordering, and after the food arrived, knew what we were being served. Word to the wise - forget whatever non-local steak diners know about the how-to’s of dining on steak. Do as the locals do, and enjoy the best they have to offer.
