The food was excellent and the waiter was very friendly. The waiter spoke English well, explaining the different cuts and grades of Kobe steak. I didn't get a classic steak, but the sliced steak on rice with egg yolk, so easy to understand written instructions on how to best enjoy the meal came with my dish. The meal was absolutely delicious with the steak being very tender and juicy. My husband had a steak (I unfortunately forget the cut) which was tender, juicy, and delectable. We have eaten and enjoyed homegrown Wagyu beef in Canada, and this steak still exceeded our expectations. I compared prices between different restaurants throughout Kobe before choosing this one, being middle of the road for price, and it seems to me the quality of food and experience far exceeds middle of the road for sure. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try Kobe beef in a fine dining yet relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to all staff for making a great day in Kobe even greater!
