Our family had the pleasure of dining at Kobe Beef KISSHOKICHI Sannomiya Chuo Store, accompanied by our children aged 12 to 18, with the intention of introducing them to the celebrated experience of Kobe beef. From the very first bite, it became evident that nothing compares to its exquisite flavor—remarkably tender, richly marbled, and perfectly succulent. It was a delight to see the children truly appreciate the depth and refinement of such a renowned delicacy, savoring each moment with genuine enjoyment. Equally captivating was the teppanyaki presentation. Watching the chef skillfully prepare the meal before us added a sense of artistry and anticipation to the dining experience, making it as engaging as it was delicious. Our chef, Yosuke, was exceptionally polite and amicable, enhancing the atmosphere with his warm demeanor and attentive service. An exceptional and memorable evening for the entire family—one defined by refined taste, shared enjoyment, and a lasting impression of culinary excellence.
