It has always been on my to-do list to try authentic Kobe beef cooked by a professional chef right in front of me in Japan — and this was truly a dream come true. Everything was perfect — from the delicious, juicy, tender, and beautifully marbled beef that melts in your mouth, to the professional, friendly, and captivating presentation by Chef Mitsuda.
Chef Mitsuda’s exceptional cooking skills and his warm personality made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite his humble nature, he communicated wonderfully in English and made us feel truly welcomed.
Even though my Kobe beef cravings have been completely satisfied, I would definitely return here again on my next trip to Japan.
