Quiet dining with an attentive staff. The Kobe beef is delicious and served perfectly with accompaniments of vegetables and pickled onions to cleans the palate between bites for a fresh experience every bite. I preferred eating the Kobe beef with just wasabi as it gave the clearest taste of the beef. There is zero need for salt, shoyu, or any other sauces. The beef is perfect as is and melts in your mouth. Definitely worth the splurge of dining out while in Kobe.
