The initial atmosphere coming in was exactly what you want from a good restaurant, tranquil, exclusive and clean. Our chef Emi Hinokami and Toshio Tomari cooked our steak to perfection with great intention. The beef itself has won countless awards and you can tell, it was absolutely to die for. Chef also suggested how best to enjoy the beef with a combination of fried garlic, wasabi, miso, salt or soy sauce. Thank you for a fantastic meal to remember!
