Our chef was Shoma Toyota and he was excellent. This was our first and only teppanyaki experience in Japan and it was top notch. You can tell the chef was very skilled and took great care in his work. The steak was AMAZING! I will never be able to look at other steaks the same after having it and wish I could savor every bite on replay. The service was also exceptional and they took great care of us.
