The food was excellent, and Chef Otsuka was very professional and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the female assistants. She was unfriendly during the ordering process, did not greet us or say “thank you,” and showed no smile throughout the service. As a foreigner, I felt ignored, which was disappointing in such a renowned restaurant. I hope the restaurant can improve its service standards to ensure all guests feel welcome.
