Eiji Otsuka was our chef, and he was friendly and amazing. We ordered the sirloin cut during lunch time, which also came with rice and kobe beef soup. The meat was delicious and chef's reccomendation for how to eat/pair the meat was excellent. Will recommend for everyone to try out, and of given the chance, will come again!
