It is my first kobe beef experience and I’m so glad I experienced it here. Needless to say the beef was remarkable. Chef Eiji was meticulous and cooked the meat to perfection. The sweetness of the beef lingers in your mouth even after taking the bite. But what completed the experience was Chef Eiji and Chef Emi, with their smiles, their hospitality and patience in explaining the meal to us.
The onions were the sweetest onions I had in my life. Also, I have to give a special mention to the shoyu dashi soup that was absolutely amazing, super delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant! And do make reservations!
