I had the incredible pleasure of dining with chef Emi and chef Otsuka, and I can’t say enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the service was thoughtful and seamless, showing a true passion for excellence.
The highlight of our lunch was, without a doubt, the Kobe beef. It was nothing short of spectacular—rich, buttery, and perfectly cooked to bring out its luxurious flavors. You could immediately tell that chef Emi and chef Otsuka take immense pride in sourcing and preparing only the finest ingredients.
