In my reviews I try not to give 5 stars but I can't help it on this one. The best steak I have ever had but the chef (Shoma Toyota) was great by himself. He told me how to pair my steak with the different spices and sauces. This will be the last time I eat steak of this quality because I don't ruin my experience. Please ask for Shoma if you can help is awesome.
