A must-do in Kobe is to have a Kobe beef meal. The place has only 10 counter seats, and with no reservation for Sunday lunch, we felt lucky to get seated. Chef Shoma Toyota explained our options (in English), then served and prepared our meal with impeccable service and execution. We opted for the combination set for 2 people, and it was a generous amount for the two of us. Lunchtime included the rice, salad, and miso soup. And order the sushi! Kobe wine for me, Asahi for my husband. You’ve made it all the way to Kobe, indulge yourself to an unforgettable meal.
