Chef Hara redefined what steak is to me. I'd always enjoyed steak but never understood people who raved about it but now I understand. 🙌 One of the best meals I've ever had.
We got the beef combination with three cuts for two people and some sushi. It was engaging watching the chef cook the food and recommend to us what condiments to add to the meat. The fried vegetables cooked with the meat were fantastic.
