Our chef that night was Hina. She was incredibly friendly and entertaining with her cooking techniques. The meat melted in your mouth, and the chef offered suggestions on how to combine sauces and salt to achieve the perfect flavor. A must-try experience when in Kobe. I'll be back to try the other meat options.
