My family and i walked in during lunch time and was met by english speaking Chef Sena. She is very friendly and approachable. She brought us to 2nd lvl where there are no other diners and we have the entire dining area by ourselves (just like having private dining area). The deco is nice n cosy. First time having kobe beef so not sure what to expect but we ordered the "today rare parts". Chef Sena slowly explained to us the condiments to eat with the kobe beef. 1st plate is to eat kobe beef without condiments to taste the original flavour and texture of the beef. Subsequent plates she explained to us the pairing of condiments with the kobe beef and vegetables. Her teppanyaki skill on the beef is excellent and frying the garlic rice is very flavourful. Overall, excellent dining experience and reasonable set lunch meal for our family (abt 500sgd for 4 sets of 165g). Will dine again if in Kobe.
