Walk in. Lucky strike. Server welcomed to sit. Got 100g of top Kobe beef steak and 100g of top lean. Chef Hara-San did fantastic job. Beef is oishi. Also, I like grilled reddish, a very distinct texture. Great service overall. Highly recommended. By the way all Tajima cows are Black cows(Kuroge wagyuu), Hyogo Prefecture. Moreover, not all Tajima cows can grow up to premium Kobe beef wagyuu. Furthermore, Kobe beef is wagyuu, but not all wagyuu is Tajima. There is NO Kobe beef vegetarian option.(LOL)
