While traveling within Japan, we came across a small restaurant in Kobe that was spectacular. They have a female Chef that was not only an expert on the culinary arts, but was also very friendly and engaging. The meat was cooked to perfection and we rave about our experience until the present day.

It’s a fabulous experience. Mahiro Hara chef kindly gave me different advice for seasoning the KOBE BEEF which boosted the taste to higher level.
