My family and I visited this restaurant during our family trip after surfing the internet a bit for good restaurants. I'd say it was a fantastic experience.
After we got seated, I thought it was nice that the chef took the time to explain and differentiate the various types of beefs they had to offer. It was helpful especially since my family and I were quite lost on what to order, so their recommendations definitely helped plenty.
However, I'd have to give the ambience there a 3.5 stars. While cozy, we thought the restaurant was a bit cramped as well as stuffy. Though frankly, that was to be expected as the majority of restaurants in Japan were tight.
The Kobe beef steak was tender and juicy, grilled to absolute perfection. The chef did a job extremely well done. Her suggestions for pairing the Kobe beef steak with the condiments provided were excellent.
Overall, this place is worth the visit. Premium, high-quality Kobe beef steak and great customer service. Culinary masterpiece, indeed.
