We visited with two people and had a personal chef named Sena preparing the meal right in front of us. The Premium Sirloin was cooked to perfection, tasting like a true premium cut with incredible tenderness and precise searing that highlighted the beef’s natural flavors. The marbling and aroma were standout notes, and Sena’s timing ensured it never overpowered the meat.
The Kobe beef sushi was also very tasteful and worth ordering, delivering a delicate balance of richness with a clean finish. The in-front-of-you cooking added an engaging touch, and the service was attentive without being overbearing, letting the beef shine.
