We tried our luck with no reservation and were fortunate enough to find a quiet period. Immediately we, a group of 3(1 child) were warmly greeted and sat, had the menu explained very well and had our drinks brought out. Shortly after Fumiko, the chef for us, explained the cuts we'd chosen and showed us the quality before she began cooking. Everything was cooked perfectly and the experience was fantastic. The staff were attentive and professional and the atmosphere was intimate and cosy.
