Overall experience very nice. For people like me who don’t enjoy drinking fat, would suggest ordering a smaller amount. Quite the experience. If you absolutely can not tolerate the flavor of beef oil would suggest eating the steak with a 1:1 beef to wasabi ratio or 1:3 beef to garlic slice ratio. Raw fat piece may cause you to meet your maker. Vegetables and salad top tier. Soul will decrease your body water percentage to 50. Overall very nice!
